Description

Enemy fighters have caused heavy losses on our bombing raids. Air support of ground operations cannot resume until these fighters are disabled. In concert with this operation enemy attack aircraft have inflicted unacceptable losses on our installations. Our offensive must be halted until these planes are disabled.
